On Wednesday, December 30, 2009, two volunteers from the SPCA of
Western Quebec - along with JoJo, one of the shelter's canine
residents - visited Osgoode Veterinary Services to accept a generous
food donation for the dogs and puppies at the SPCA.
During the holiday season, clients of the Osgoode clinic made
donations which were matched by both the veterinary clinic and
Nestle Purina. In so doing, cats at Village Cat Rescue and dogs at
the SPCA of Western Quebec will reap the benefits of this
kindness. At a time when the SPCA is currently full with
both dogs and cats, this is a great help to us.
Our sincere appreciation to the clients of Osgoode Veterinary
Services, to Dr. Andrew Sparling and his staff at the Osgoode clinic,
and also to Nestle Purina for
partnering with the veterinary clinic to help our animals.
Your support enables us to continue to provide care and shelter for
the animals at the SPCA of Western Quebec.
Thank you and a Happy New Year to all!
